Safety and Acceptable Use
ATRUVAI builds private individual AI systems. Safety enforcement is designed to rely on metadata, safety signals, and individual reports before raw conversation review where possible.

1. Prohibited Use
- illegal activity;
- fraud, scams, phishing, spam, or impersonation;
- malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, or cyber abuse;
- weapons, explosives, biological harm, violent wrongdoing, or dangerous illegal instructions;
- sexual exploitation, child exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content;
- harassment, threats, manipulation, or targeted abuse;
- self-harm facilitation;
- regulated high-impact decisions without qualified human review;
- professional advice without qualified oversight;
- privacy invasion, surveillance abuse, or unauthorized data extraction;
- competing-system extraction, scraping, model cloning, or systematic output harvesting.
2. Enforcement
ATRUVAI may warn, rate limit, suspend, terminate, refuse service, block payments, preserve records, or report activity where required by law or necessary to protect users, ATRUVAI, infrastructure, or third parties.
When possible, enforcement should rely on metadata, safety signals, abuse categories, and individual-generated reports before raw conversation review.
3. AI Output Notice
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, unsafe, or unsuitable. Users must independently verify outputs before relying on them. ATRUVAI is not a substitute for professional advice, emergency services, or qualified experts.
